I always believe that kids like to run around outdoor. They do not like to be confined in an enclosed area. As a parent, we shall always observe the reaction.

At least for my son, he seems to be laughing more when he's running around in the garden or a park.

I use point and shoot camera, I think I am very bad at shooting though I always imagine that I will be a great photographer in some days. :D

However, I am sometimes lucky that I capture moment I pretty appreciate much later when I look back at the photos. See how happy ZX was.

At his age now, I can hardly ask him to stay still for a pose for me.

Unless he is looking at something or he is shy (when he first meet the person or reach the place) or perhaps he is really in a good mood.
